Straight answers

Do I need ISO or SOC 2?Almost certainly not. Those cost tens of thousands and are built for enterprise procurement. SMB1001 plus governed AI is the right-sized standard for a business your size, at a price that makes sense.

Is this just paperwork?No. You end with a real certification badge customers can verify, your team trained, your AI disclosed and checked, and one person on call if something goes wrong.
